"Super helpful staff regarding transportation to and from a local hospital for outpatient treatment, which was the reason we were in town. They were also very helpful for more typical needs, too."

We were not able to check in, nor were we provided a refund or any compensation or response from this company to date. Lobby was dingy, dirty and ate probably better off not staying as to afford malaria "

Scrambled eggs & a meat choice, Waffle maker, muffins, variety of breads & cereal, yogurt, fruit juices, and more. Pool was nice, hot tub larger than most. Pool table in Pool area. Lobby with comfortable seating. Nice hotel."

"Room was clean. We loved the pool and hottub. Pool was good temp! Outside patio area through the pool area was nice. Pool hours 6am- midnight which was very helpful. Decent breakfast - they even had real dishes and coffee mugs with breakfast. 24 hour coffee and lemon water and tea in the lobby. Cookies and popcorn available at check in. Easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again."

"3 people in the room, Given 2 bath towels and told that was all they had. One family member had to dry with hand towels. Breakfast was ok but not restocked and again "ran out" of basics like yogurt. Hotel is near apartment building that can be loud at times. It was close to places we wanted to visit."

"I was ill and tried to cancel after paying for extra insurance that covered cancellations only to be met with no refund and canned responses and denial of a refund. I paid extra for this assurance and got scammed."

"This is the first time I have stayed at one of these properties, as this was a last minute reservation. I was pleasantly surprised, as it was immaculate. Extremely clean room, gym and breakfast area. David was working the breakfast area and was very friendly, helpful and attended to the area, keeping it all tidy. The front desk attendant was also very friendly."

"Our time at Courtyard was pleasant. We received an upgrade to our room on check in which was quite lovely! The hotel hallways were very quiet, a welcome addition to any hotel."
