"Unfortunately both our room and our son and daughter in law’s rooms were not clean. The bathroom floors had hair on them, underneath the beds were dirty and furniture was stained. The views are amazing and the staff are helpful and friendly but the rooms definitely should be cleaned better."

"Overbooked the room we requested since we have kids we needed two beds . Once we got to our room we had to use the pullout sofa that they also failed to provide the bedding for . No WiFi . Didn’t mention the pool was shutdown due to resurfacing which is a long period so it should’ve been noted in the booking . "
