"Broken elevator, smelly hallways, old hard squeeky mattress, smoke aroma in room and crumbling decorations throughout all tooped by a very rude man behind the desk who makes it known the he hates his job. Also, all sounds from hall and neighbor rooms sound like their in the room and very disturbing."

"The winter season pricing is great. It’s very convenient to interstate 95 and a grocery store. Several good restaurants are close as well as a coffee shop.
The room was basic but clean and quiet which is what we needed.
Next time in the area we will stay again for the location and value. "
