"The check‑in process was very slow. Only one staff member was working, and although she was polite and friendly, the process took much longer than expected. She spent a lot of time explaining every detail, which made the wait even longer for guests in line. This definitely added to the overall check‑in delay."
"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."
