"I book thinking they had a pool 1 day before my trip this place sends me a message that there pool was under construction. I have a 12 year old I need things today I asked for refund they declined it but the website never said that the pool was closed until June. If I would have known that I would have never booked. So last minute I had to find another hotel."

"It’s close to United States Military Academy — about a 29–30 minute drive — and conveniently near the outlets and restaurants. I highly recommend it. The breakfast is basic, but it’s hot and fresh. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The room rates are also very reasonable. Will definitely come back again."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Staff came to the room at 2am to assist with an emergency! They were incredible. Breakfast was good and there were acceptable amount of options. There are many accessible entries other than the front door, which makes getting to your room more convenient. Free parking. Some areas of improvement are WiFi speed and showers. There is no plastic barrier so the water leaves the tub often."

"Lots of walking with hills for people in their 80’s. No ice in Putnam building. Had to walk quite far. The grounds were beautiful. Parking ver difficult. Too many hills for us. For us, we would probably not stay there again."

"Room was nice. The bed was a bit hard. When checking in they couldn’t find me by name. I left a room key for my second guest and when they came in, the front desk couldn’t find my name again. My guest had to call me to speak with the front desk. They couldn’t find the key for my guest neither. I would still recommend this hotel."
