The room was pretty clean...the shower soap/shampoo dispensers were empty, and never got filled during the 4 days we were there. We did have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels twice. The breakfast area & experience was very good--very nice selection for bkft., and the area was kept clean. The entire staff was always very polite and helpful.

Room had some “rough” looking areas. Heat/fan was a bit loud and ran all night. Missing a towel for our registered 3rd person. Key card didn’t work and when we went down to front desk to fix, no one was there. Remote control only worked 5ft in front of TV. Other customers were eating their breakfast in their pajamas. Some people loitering in parking lot and smoking in front of lobby doors when we arrived. Not a comfortable stay.

My sister in the other room with her husband got a bed bugs after 3 days stay they have all red spots and they clean my room once in 5 days Its worrying to get bed bugs in a hotel

Basically, staying at this Hilton hotel for just 2 nights was a D-rate experience. The hotel lobby is generally rundown, drab and ugly...and did not smell fresh when I entered. The hard carpet tiles in the room were less than comfortable and seemed unclean. The room's curtains did not close completely. Though I was on the second floor, there was a flat rooftop right outside the window. I had to jimmy-rig the 'do not disturb' sign to close the center of the curtains. The bedding APPEARED to be clean at least. The second morning, I turned on the tub faucet to take a shower and brownish water spewed from it! I washed up at the sink. The room had a refrigerator that was not working or not plugged up and the room's house phone did not work. I could not even call to the front desk for help with anything. I guess the staff was nice enough but I didn't pass the lobby again after checking in. My review of breakfast was second-hand; another guest told me it was less than good. After my experience, I didn't go anywhere near the breakfast area...no way was I going to eat from this establishment--even if it was free. Hilton. You can do better--even with low-rate hotels, like this Hampton Inn--you can do better for the price you charge!

Location is convenient. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Wifi and TV didn't work. Hotel is on the old side and could use some updating. Staff serviced room once in 8 days, and maintenance was similar around the property. There was garbage overflowing from every trash can. An okay place to stay if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel.

I will never stay at this hotel again. My family booked 2 rooms for four nights. We suddenly found out about a death in our immediate family and therefore had to checkout earlier than originally anticipated. The hotel still charged us for an extra night on each room claiming that we didn’t give them 24 hours of notice before checking out early, completely ignoring the extenuating circumstance of my mother’s death. Very poor customer relations!

Spent 1 night here on a roadtrip. Was comfortable and convenient. Staff was wonderful! Christina was the best receptionist you can ask for and went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming!!

Where do I start..first, the service workers in the breakfast lounge were great! On our first night, the closet doors wouldn’t move. We call front desk and a crew member came up and 'manhandled' the doors so they could at least open wide enough to slide our stuff inside the closet. On our second day, the toilet clogged up. Apparently they had issues because our nephews who were in another room, their toilet OVERFLOWED with water (+) moving towards the door. So I guess we were lucky. I dropped a hair grip so I shone a light in order to see where it fell. Worse decision ever. What I saw behind the headboard was utterly disgusting. I only gave this hotel a 1 star because of the cafeteria staff.
Looks like a dead animal behind the headboard and enough dust to plant a garden.

Property was convient. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear. I would suggest working on simple repairs like ceiling damage. Overall I would stay again.

The room itself was fine, but we did encounter an issue: the floor was noticeably wet in a section stretching from the window to about a meter past the AC unit, and there was a persistent musty smell in that area. Hopefully, this is something management can address efficiently for the next visitors. And the coffee in the lobby was cold!

This was the absolute worst quality breakfast I have ever had at a hotel chain. Hampton Inns used to have much better food, but clearly someone decided to cut costs and it shows. Would never recommend staying there.
