"Bed was comfortable. Ice, fridge, and microwave all in order and clean. Room was clean. Only complaint was hard water deposits build up on the shower head increased the pressure of the spray to an uncomfortable level. I’d stay here again! We ere on a Route 66 tour."

"The hotel is in need of a facelift (and is in the midst of getting one) but there are workers, building materials and signs of the renovation everywhere--not that inviting for guests."

"While the 50-60 deco was fun, the ice machine was down (100 degree) !! And the cable tv was intermittent all evening."

"The hotel rooms are actually nice, and the pictures show a full kitchen but the lack of a stove limits your longer stays. Nice full refrigerator, big sink and amenities for microwaved food only. The bathroom sink doesn’t have a plug so women be careful of your rings and jewelry. Staff is super friendly and very responsive to all your requests."

"I hate to beat up on struggling businesses. It was inexpensive at $67.00 per night so I wasn't expecting much. The room was pretty beat up but I didn't care about that. My only complaint was the bed. The mattress was pretty worn out to the point it wasn't flat. The pillows were undersized but thick. There was only a sheet on the bed with no comforter or blanket to be found. Luckily, it was a fairly warm night. So, other than the bed, it was about what I expected."

"Breakfast is right in the front lobby, was not great, cold cereal, yogurt, prepackaged muffins, tiny kids juice boxes and very small apples. Homeless people in the back and across the street."
