Staff was great. Breakfast very slim. Two types of cereal, expired milk, juice boxes, yogurts, apples and muffins. Hot beverages available. Microwave. Very low quantity of things available there was only 6 small little containers of milk. Staff was great. Hotel has a smell of stale smoke and it ruminates the whole building. It’s very old.

The whole hotel smelled Smokey. Marijuana smokie. My wife and I could not spend the night. She had trouble breathing, heart palpitations and a bad headache. We left in the middle of the night. I told the receptionist but did not carry it any further. I was tempted to ask for a complete refund. I had booked this place based on the reviews. Please respond to this so I know that you have seen it.

One of our rooms had urine all over the seat. The room keys did not work. We frequently had to go down to get them reactivated and then the last time we went down they ended up just sending housekeeping up to open the door for us with keys. We only stayed one night and it was such an inconvenience. The breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had for continental breakfast. Not even milk for cereal was available. You can hear the trains passing by. The car felt unsafe in the back because the parking lot is just open. The ice machines weren’t working.

Carpet was stained a bit and the elevator was out of service but it was quiet and provided a place for our famly to sleep. Staff was friendly.

It is worth paying a little bit more to go somewhere else. Room smelled like smoke, fridge has a beer in it, bathroom was gross- just all around dirty room… I asked to change rooms and the staff was very apologetic to my issues and accommodated my request, which was a plus!

Everything was great except for the person passed out on the interior stairs by the side exit. This was directly beside my room and I found it unsettling and raised safety concerns— thankfully I didn’t see him until I was leaving.
