"We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from...

"The hotel is easy to find. It is clean, neat, and tidy. We checked in early - great! My one concern is the 800 grit sandpaper for toilet paper. Motel 6 uses better toilet paper. Unfortunately, the bean counters won. They have a great price on toilet paper, and the property suffers as a result. Everyone and everything was great. The toilet paper was from the 1950's - honest. Sorry to have to report this. Hopefully, this will get someon's attention."

"We returned to our hometown for a family wedding. The glory that once was this hotel has vanished. The parking lot was a mess, the rug in the room was filthy, the window was open slightly when it’s not supposed to be, and the elevators weren’t working except for one… The saving grace was at the two women at the front desk were lovely but other than that it was terrible and I cannot believe that there was no parking lot and no warning that it was under construction so we had to pay for valet. "We arrived early and they allowed my SIL to use the bar (which was not open) as her office for a few hours. Rooms were nice, welcome drink a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and they allowed us to eat early to accommodate our schedule. Would definitely return."

"It was a great time. We went in June, and were pleasantly surprised by the grounds, adventure park, cleanliness and staff. The country store was awesome—they have a great buyer, and the breakfast sandwiches and coffee were fresh and good. I would absolutely go back."
