"Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

"My room had stains on the sheets, pubic hair in the shower, microwave didn't work, pool was shut down, and breakfast had a lot to be desired."

"The breakfast was good and the rooms seemed to be pretty clean. Unfortunately, even though we had to sign a paper against use of vapes or pot, the first floor reaked of it. Thankfully, we were on the 2nd floor or I would have not stayed the night. Both times I went to the front desk (check in and check out) I had to call out for someone to come up from their chair/TV around the corner. Overall a decent stay for what we paid. Nothing special."

"The only issue was I stayed for 4 nights and my room was never cleaned. This issue was reported to from desk staff the second and third night with no resolve. A message was also left with the manager. There was no response. If this is normal practice it should be stated on their website."

"Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was large and beds were comfy. Hotel is run down and not clean. Not worth what we paid. I would have expected much nicer for the cost."

"It is outdated. Our steam room leaked. There was bubbled paint on ceiling outside of steam room and mold on ceiling in the steam room. Hotter was old too and had cracks around the jets and drain. For as much as it cost it definitely needs to be updated."

"I’m extreme critical of cleanliness and clutter and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are very friendly. I plan to book again when we stay in Naperville."
