"Pet friendly, clean room, great staff and delicious breakfast "

"Staff was less than friendly, took over 20 minutes to check in and ended up paying another $30 in fees. My son, who attends Hannibal LaGrange University was with me at check in and they charged him a $25 fee also. He did not stay with me but because he was there at check in is why we were added the fee. I tried to dispute but the fee was cheaper than losing the total amount paid and disputing with you all. Will not stay again. "

"This hotel is in a perfect location, very clean, and breakfast was great! The only upsetting thing was the pool was out of service. We would have booked elsewhere if we knew there wasn’t a pool for the kids to swim in. That is usually the highlight of their trip! 😢"

"Parking was great, the breakfast was ok, basic food, but nothing to rave about. Room was ok , bathtub needed to have old caulking removed and mold scrubed clean then recaulked. Road noise was loud outside room. The motel is older but ok to lay your head down for a few hours."

"Breakfast was decent. Great value, price- point wise for our one night stay. Very easy to get to and close to downtown. "

"Breakfast was *chef’s kiss* exquisite. Bed was very comfortable and the AC in the room was solid. I slept like a rock. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean and up to date. I docked a couple stars for cleanliness as there were a couple chips (looked like Doritos) still on the floor when we first got in, but I could also see how they could be missed. Not a huge deal. Found a moderate-sized wad of long brown hair hiding in one of the pillow cases and some small stains on the sheets. Amenities could be better. Pool is under construction and they no longer have a hot tub. Not a big deal for one night’s stay for a work trip, but had it been longer I would’ve had to look elsewhere. Overall it was good."

"Pool closed, looked pretty permanent but was told closed for maintenance. That was disappointing, I picked the place partly because it had a pool. Hannibal is great to explore. Motel 6 was just a place to sleep one night & shower so the place was fine for that. "

"Lot of dust in the corners of the bathroom. Minimal breakfast. Shower temperature was tepid. "
