"The best hotel ever"

"It took quite a while to get hot water to the shower in rm 426. Also the shampoo and conditioner provided on the shower wall were empty."

"everything about our stay was great except the actual check in process. they aeemed unable to find our prepaid reservation at first and then ince they found it therr was some confusion about prepayment/deposit that the clerk did his best to straighten out but the supervisors he reached out to were quite curt to both the clerk and to me. they seemed annoyed with him although they also atruggled to fix the problem. it was not a good start to our stay. ince we got checked in (approximately 20 minutes) everything else was excellent. "

"It was perfectly located for our conference with ample parking. Dining options were good and the hotel was quiet and safe. I recommend this hotel for downtown conferences. "

"Property was great Alot of homeless in the park across the street but they didn’t bother us when walking in the parking "

"Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious, extremely clean, and well appointed. This was by and large the best hotel I stayed in during this trip (in which I stayed at 10 different hotels). The only negative (and the reason for the 4-star amenity rating) was that their internet service was down the day I was there. Thankfully I was able to hotspot from my cell phone to check email. I will definitely book here again if I need another room in Albuquerque."

"The decor of the hotel is excellent. It is modern but feels vintage Americana. I did wish the room had a fridge, but we enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay there again. "

"Rooms were clean and somewhat comfortable, rooms are a bit on the small size. Unfortunately the air conditioner is loud, can't really control the fan speed to quite the air down.."
