"We stayed in a teepee which also included access to a personal RV for bathroom, shower, kitchen, electricity, etc. You can tell the owners put in great attention to detail and amenities to make this a unique and exciting experience. It ended up being very windy the night we stayed, sustained north winds of over 25 mph. Although we could have moved to the RV for a quieter more comfortable night of sleep, where would the fun be in that? We were so happy to have stayed in the teepee, wind and all,...

"I could not get hot water for a shower. Ran it for over 10 minutes; best it got was luke warm. Could not get the internet as the password wouldn't work; wanted to call the front desk but the telephone in the room wasn't working. And I had a pet and they gave me a second floor room."

"My stay at the Plaza was excellent. However, I made the regrettable mistake of dining at the restaurant found within the hotel called The Plaza Grill and Tavern where I was treated so poorly that instead of extending my stay for a second night I left early. The Plaza Hotel would do well to completely disassociate itself from the Plaza Grill and Tavern. In fact, I will not return to the Plaza Hotel so long as a certain employee named Brian at the Plaza Grill and Tavern is still employed there....

"Nice clean room. The staff was friendly. Only negative I have is they charged a $25.00 fee for incidental damage. I was told that this charge would be refunded after my stay, which has not yet been refunded."

"They knew my wife used a walker and they still put us in a room at the back end of the property, also the bathroom had no grab bar next to a very low commode. I had made reservations with them for return trip….. I canceled them."

"A.M. staff was not customer-focused and not personable (prep’ing for potential breakfast needs took precedence over serving customers); he was aware of waiting customers, but they (the customers) seemed to be more of a bother and were made to wait while he prep’ed. Hotel price/info seemed to suggest it would have been much nicer; was disappointed and believe it was definitely overpriced (believe the prices should have been more similar to a Motel 6 rather than a Hilton or Fairfield)."

"The Best Western Inn has beautifully maintained it's historical aspects on Route 66. The rooms are modern and updated with all the amenities we have come to expect."

"We stay here once a year for State 4-H shooting contest. The motel is always clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. This year the motel was at the tail end of renovations, it did make check in a little tricky but other then that our stay was great!"

"It’s definitely is a dated property. However, room was clean, beds were clean. Breakfast options were disappointing, but the coffee was good. I’d stay again."
