"Attended a conference next door at the Crown Plaza last week. This hotel offered a daily rate about half of what conference hotel charged. Had a perfectly pleasant stay. Room itself was comfortable and probably as nice as Crown Plaza. Ask for a courtyard view or you’ll be looking at a huge freeway exchange. Hallways are a bit desolate, pool was closed, weight room and spa were dreary at best. Staff were all perfectly accommodating and friendly. I’d go back. "

"When we were checking in our first impression was with a young security guard that stated that our kids couldn’t be loitering in the lobby. We literally just checked in. I asked if they were doing something to cause an issue and it was stated that they needed to be sitting down until going to the room. Very poor customer service to say the least and not kid friendly at all! We get it’s a Casino but how they treated us was very disappointing to say the least!"

"This hotel is “unbelievable”. Staff are super nice. And by that I mean it. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Room was great. And oh my goodness, the Kickback every night was out of this world. The drinks, three per person, made our nights and the food was great. Other hotels are not even in the same league."

"The view from the sixth floor was amazing! The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The room was quiet. We had a great time. The only thing is that the food was not very good. The steakhouse was closed that day so we had to eat at the other little restaurant and I would not recommend that at all. The coffee shop and the treats and coffee there were great.!"
