"I realize staying in the French Quarter is the primary activity, but the room felt under appointed for the price. Not bad at all, but not great. I feel I could have gotten a lesser room (we had a loft) for less since the loft without a balcony is really just a large room cut in half and stacked on ..."

"First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit"

"This was a very clean hotel and walking distance to mini restaurants. The only thing I’d have to say about this hotel is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you causing us not to get much sleep the one night we stayed there."

"I really liked the Royal Sonesta. Check in was smooth, rooms were clean, grounds were beautiful. Check out was quick and they will even store your luggage for you if you’re not ready to head to the airport. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back."
