"The bottom line is, the room and view on the 5 th floor was very nice, however it quickly turned into a nightmare. A roach showed up on the bed, and then it scattered. We contacted the front desk and they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. “Well we can send security up there to get it”… We were then moved to the 3rd floor with a terrible view and a completely “section 8” type looking room.
