"The staff was rude. I didn’t have internet in my room during my stay, and when I called, they’d hang up on me. When I went to speak at the front desk, they said it’s a problem only in my room and gave me a piece of paper with the internet service providers phone number to call and do the troubleshooting myself. "

"The room and beds were great. Checking in was just a bit frustrating because we did everything online and got the confirmation that said we just had to stop and grab our room keys at the desk but when we got to the desk we had to go through everything again. I think because it was late and we were ready to sleep it was not ideal. For one or two nights we would stay again though."

"The room had a bathtub in it that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the room had a dampness to it with a slight odor. I went next door to the grocery store and got some cleaning products and air freshener and it was fine after that. "

"The stay was great. The only thing that bugged me was that I could hear every knock that someone that was near our room was making other than that the stay was great. The breakfast was good. The sausage was cold but hey we did get down there a little late as well but there was plenty for us to eat. I would stay again if we had to go again because it was a very nice area and it was not busy at all which we liked and if we had to go anywhere it was easy to find and not too far from the hotel. "

"Pool was not operational. The room and other amenities shown in pictures are different and below standards. There is no breakfast though they show in picture. Bathroom condition is below expectation. Overall its a average rating hotel."
