"The hotel is well situated, and the staff were helpful. The property needs some updates internally and the lifts often didn’t work. At the time of our visit construction work was being done right outside the hotel all through the night and the noise heard in the hotel rooms on the road side was considerable. We requested a room move which the staff did accommodate. If staying at this hotel I would recommend requesting a room at the back, as these rooms are much quieter."

"It looks a nice hotel. But I was really frustrated with a shortage of the stuffs at front desk and the elevator issues. They have only 2 elevators (2 left elevators are actually not usable to this hotel guests), and they are not enough to serve the number of their guests. I had to wait more than 5 minutes or more every time I used them, and it stopped almost every floor even though no one was there. They also have almost no amenities available in the room and the phone at the room was broken to call any hotel service. I will not consider this hotel anymore. Also, they charge you $100 resort fee at arrival. Be careful! "

"Serves breakfast, Clean room, nice size bathroom with a walk in shower and helpful staff. The hotel is literally a 1-2 minute walk to Time Square."

"Terrific location. Right on Times Square, yet not loud or obnoxious. This place was calm and peaceful. Clean, big room and great amenities. Highly recommended!"
