"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. My air was too cold in my room and someone came up to turn it up for me. The restaurant ‘Tick Tock’ was great for breakfast. Was affordable for a 2 night stay. Would book with them again. Very close to Penn Station and not far from Times Square."

We were there for 4 days..and from front desk, lounge, house keeping, to maintenance, we faced rude and condescending employees. A real 'not my job' attitude prevailed. It was very tiresome.
