I did not enjoy my stay, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. The description on Expedia is inaccurate they do NOT clean rooms on a daily basis. They only clean once a week, which I disliked, it should be at least every other day. The shower design is extremely uncomfortable. There is no isolation so it’s noisy at night. Also there is no AC, which is also inaccurately described.

El depósito no lo regresan, aire acondicionado no funciona, refrigerador dejo de funcionar y nos arruinó la comida. Viejo sucio y staff sumamente grosero en todos los niveles. Hasta fueron racistas.

we've stayed here before covid so were glad to come back - this time booked a bigger room with terrace - was a lovely room just like the photos. However the fridge kept defrosting so we lost food several times. Is definitely not as good as before covid. But thats not the hotels fault its covid I am sure as before they had lovely mix and mingle evenings in the lively bar area - now none of that and bar open random short times, the cafe was hardly ever open either :( So these are things I hope will change now things are coming back to life post covid. I will say the doorman... never seemed to be interested in the doors or luggage. Our housekeeping ladies were lovely, so was Hugo for our airport drop off service. The location here is fabulous for anyone wanting to visit NY. So close to some of the prettiest stores to see at xmas :) Very close to grocery&food stores as well as higher price fine dining. Super near central park & subways. Fast internet - great tv channel selections and viewing channels, great on site laundry room. Its a fab spot for getting around and being near a lot of iconic places and not to close to the nosier places. The hotel room itself was nice and quiet too - we def enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others happily. Oh! my hubby & I are both short - the shower is really high & doesn't have a head that can lower & no shower on a handle so rinsing a problem - but has a bath sized so we could actually soak in so that was nice.

Super!
There were some complication and misunderstanding while making a reservation mostly on my end, however they took care of it really well and solved the all problems. It felt like I was staying my little studio apartment and I so much like it! Super great location. They don't have a real restaurant however they do have a nice cozy cafe on the first floor where you can have quick coffee or breakfast. The guy at the cafe is the sweetest guy! Loved everything here. I will definitely come back.

Bom porém tomem cuidado com a limpeza!
Foi boa a minha estadia, porém teve um episódio que me deixou decepcionado. A camareira foi limpar o quarto e como eu estava ainda no quarto perguntou se eu gostaria que ela voltasse outro dia. Marquei o dia e ela não foi. Reclamei na recepção e nada. Reclamei novamente e nada. Chegou o dia do checkout e o quarto não foi limpo durante a minha estadia.

NY family visit
I came to NYC to meet my granddaughter born in Covid, and to visit 2 daughters I haven't been able to visit in over 2 years. I stayed a full week & the Central Park location was a convenient location for all. I love the space & amenities of a small apartment. The building even has free laundry. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I definitely want to stay here again.

Great location and comfy room!
This was a fabulous place to stay while I recovered from my surgery. The staff was so helpful and kind. Diana at the front desk was great with whatever I needed and the doorman (wish I could remember his name) was so sweet and funny. The location is so convenient to nearby awesome shopping, mini markets and coffee shops, salons, you name it! There’s a little salon across the street that will give you a great chair massage or foot massage for a great price. AND just a block away from the entrance to Central Park. I would definitely stay here again!

My room had warm, but no really hot water. Even I complained every day and even got my room switched, I had the same problem.

the location was superb, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was large by nyc standards, the rooms were quiet and clean, there is construction going on next door but noise doesn't start until 7:30

Lovely hotel in perfect location
This is comfortable hotel in a brilliant location for sight seeing. Service was also excellent - including daily housekeeping and an informative and friendly front desk. An Aparthotel suited us brilliantly , so we could eat a simple breakfast ( and on 2 occasions in a very busy week - supper ) in our room . This was recommended by our daughter and son in law ; we will recommend it to other friends in England .

Nejsou pantofle, ale župan je. Vyzadali jsme si navic maly stolek a zidle navic aby se dalo pohodlne sednout k jidlu (na fotce pokoje byly, ve skutecnosti ne).

Great little spot. Convenient location with bars, restaurants, shops and transport nearby. Room was large, modern and well equipped with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in Midtown, spacious rooms
Good location in Midtown near Central Park South. The suite was spacious and clean. The views were not so great even at the Penthouse floor. The suite is decorated in dark gray and feels quite depressing but it was clean. Amenities are nice. Large gym and free laundry machines.

always a great choice near central park
Always a good reliable option in NYC. I like staying near Central Park and often times hotel rates are through the roof. They were this week but AKA was half the price. It’s a great limited service hotel with super nice staff. No complaints. Only comment is that the hallways in the room floors are tired and dated but rooms are great. I’ll Be back.
