Regarding the renovations and restaurant closure, we have ensured to place this information on our direct website starting in December and communicated with the third parties to relay to our guests, as well as notifying guests upon arrival. We're in a great food hotspot so our team is always happy to help provide some nearby options! As far as the final cost of your stay, the 100 security deposit will return to your account, I can confirm you were settled for 556.27, please kindly note that valet charge of 75 (added to 481, gives the total). If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out we are more than happy to help! Hello Ashley, thank you for your feedback it does go a long way for our betterment. The tap water system is often cloudy as the building has a very large, high pressure industrial system which we do not recommend for drinking, we do have the canned waters as well as a filter station on our second floor for our guests. We do apologize for the elevator issues and we have since rectified the situation.
