Great location with access to most major attractions in minutes. Staff was nice and attentive , rooms were small but clean and a satisfactory breakfast was provided everyday. There’s not much more you can ask for in price to value in NYC. Access to LGA and JFK is easy as well.

good place overall. very good location, easy access and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is quite good. Rooms are pretty small and not much space to put your things - but it's NYC so that's to be expected. Hotel was also nice and quiet for sleeping which was very much appreciated. Located in the flower district so the sidewalks outside are filled with plants and flowers - which makes for a really nice atmosphere!

The room was somewhat small, but we expected this in Manhattan. Also, the room was very clean. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful! Also, the breakfast was wonderful! Overall, a very nice experience! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect location from Penn Station. The room was modern, clean, and felt spacious for NYC. City View was beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Darren. They made us feel welcome. The rooftop access was much appreciated after a long day in the city. We'll definitely be back.

All things in Manhattan are incredibly expensive. This was in a great neighborhood and pretty nice

It was average. Breakfast was alright. It does suck that it is so expensive and so small. It is located in the flower district and that was a lovely surprise! Fairly quite hotel and walkable to MSG. We arrived after check in time but our room was not ready in the system. Also never fun to have a line at check in with another employee standing there on a computer not helping people to be checked in.

Loved its location in a less touristy, but still central area. Its street is awash with flower shops, which made for a very charming walk back. Breakfast and coffee were reliable and nourishing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in was very sweet after a VERY long day of delays and cancellations. The person who helped us with the subway and how to find where we wanted to go was also very sweet.

I love the location of this hotel…walkable to so much and right in the middle of the flower district. Hotel was clean and quiet and well run. The little afternoon amenities like fresh popcorn and sparkling water was a treat!
