"The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport. It was our son’s 5th birthday, and our room had cupcakes saying “Happy Birthday!” along with his favorite beverage (apple juice). AND we were awestruck by our 1-BR, 2-BA suite. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
