My family is still traumatised by the fact that we had an intruder at 2am into our room...i am returning to NY but though i love Jamaica Ave I am staying in the city this time. The hotel is old, smelly and the staff has an excuse for everything that goes wrong. I think this motel is used to house homeless people. Do not stay here for your sanity. The lobby is noisy from 1am to 4am...cannot sleep

I booked this hotel in November 2016 for my August 2017 trip. Breakfast and hotel shuttle services were offered at the time so I reserved a room. I called the day before to confirm the hotel shuttle and was told that this hotel (MOTEL) does not have a shuttle. I paid a cad to and from JFK. The breakfast offered was a pack of dry Quaker Oats so we made use of the Wendy's at the next block. The safety lock on the door didn't work so at 2 am one night someone entered my room. The sofa was broken and the chair was falling apart. I was relocated next morning to a room next door that smell horribly. All in all this is not a place for a family....maybe if you are connecting and need a place to get a short nap.

L hotel a le merite d etre a cote de l aeroport mais le quartier est glauque et l etat de l hotel laisse a desire dessus de lit plein de tache, moquette aussi, electricite vetuste bref 1 nuit pas plus pour un transit car il est le moins cher a cote de JFK, petit dejeuner gratuit mais on en a pour notre argent c est a dire pas grand chose dans l assiette, des kellogs rassis par contre pain de mie, beurre , confiture et cafe c est deja ca

It WAS near the JFK airport but the listed free shuttle had been discontinued earlier that month. They did accommodate us and give us the free shuttle, though. However, there were several things wrong with the room itself. No smoke detector, toilet paper holder missing (there was toilet paper resting on the bathtub), heat did not work properly. And to top it off, we were visited by a mouse during the night, which got into my backpack which was on a chair and ate my snacks as well as chewed part of a paper label from my yarn. NOT A HAPPY PERSON!

Convenient location

The hotel was conveniently located near three subway lines and the Jamaica train station for the LIRR. There were quite a bit of restaurants and mini markets nearby as well. The location was relatively safe although I wouldn’t recommend walking around outside late at night. I did hear sirens every night from my hotel room. The room and washroom were clean but the lobby and breakfast area were pretty low end. I would recommend this hotel for travelers on a budget and need to get around town using public transit.

Hotel cercano a la estacion de metro Jamaica Van Wek de la linea E y q tiene conexion al aerotren q te lleva al aeropuerto jfk. Zona economica de comercios para comer. La desventaja tal vez es q se encuentra a 45 min en metro de manhattan. Incluye desayuno q consiste en cereal cafe wafles pan

RATONES EN EL CUARTO

MUY COMPLICADA!!! En la habitación había dos RATONES, y el huésped los vió al momento de meterse en la cama. . Al avisar a la recepción, no había sino una persona de guardia, y manifestó que no podía moverse de alli. Finalmente autorizó cambio de habitación, en el mismo piso, frente al cuarto de máquinas donde nuevamente había ratones.Desde la habitación se oyeron gritos de dos personas que vieron otro ratón en el corredor. Así no duerme nadie!!!!!

No repetiremos jamás en este hotel!

Desayuno muy escaso, poca variedad y mesas sucias. Mucho ruido por las noches, tanto externo como en el establecimiento. Recepción pésima, personal maleducado. Ofrecen traslado gratuito al aeropuerto y no querían llevarnos, un desastre. No recomendaríamos este hotel a nadie.

A hotel needing cleanliness supervision

Confortable beds, bedroom size could be bigger. Convenient in coming/going to the airport due to its nearness. Friendly schuttle bus drivers. However housekeeping should be improved dramatically. We asked 1. to have the bedsheet changed bec it was with blood stain (not from us -done), the room vacuum clean bec it was dirty (not done) and 3.give us a bathroom shower rug (not given). No hangers in the wardrobe ( was given). We checked- in at 4pm but room was not still prepared so we have to wait outside the room. There were 3 ladies supposed to be cleaning that room,still not done properly. For the price being charged , we expect more supervision in maintaining a certain standard in cleanliness. Free breakfast was minimal, but we don't expect that much. We stayed for 2 nights before flying out.

Staff friendly, nice. Room very dated, not vacuumed, mattress covered with 'a' sheet, curtains falling off curtain rod , room on lower level, window looking onto pavement. Not enough towels, tissues, toilet paper.

JFK空港のトランジット用のホテル。

エアートレインのフェデラルサークルから専用電話で連絡すると迎えに来てくれる。しかし、40分程待たされた(送迎用のバンが1台しかないためらしい。渋滞によっては1時間待つこともあるとドライバーに言われる始末)。空港へは1時間に1本有り、ゲートまで送ってくれます(チェックイン時に予約) 地下鉄駅にも近いので、マンハッタンまで地下鉄1本で行くことが可能。朝食は、ワッフル、トースト、コーヒー、ジュースしかないです。 ホテル周辺にマクドナルド、ウェンディ―ズ、ケンタッキーなどファーストフード店があり、コンビニも有る

Waited over an hour for shuttle to pick us up. Each time (5 in all) I called to check on shuttle I was lied to by the receptionist. The hotel was filthy, rugs threadbare and torn. Would never stay in it again - am totally taken aback that it was recommended by Expedia. Will use other referral services for hotel stays in future.

con transporte continuo, el hotel esta limpio y comodo
