This hotel is fine for the price you are paying. Friendly service and clean from what I found. Don't expect amenities like a Marriot would give you, but for the price and distance to Javits it is well worth it.

The staff was courteous and efficient. Our room was basic, but fine for us since we were mostly out and about town. Price was economical, especially during the holiday season. Great bargain for a basic hotel room.

AC was makikg very loud sound the whole night, the shower curtain was dirty on the bottom seemed like it had some mold, blood stain on the window curtian. the check in lady was extremily nice and helpufll.

Didn’t enjoy my stay

There is NO parking. The staff was not very helpful. The rooms are super small, the pictures are deceiving. Rooms are super dusty, I felt stuffy!!

I like the location and access to the subway station and the Javits Center. The room I had was horrible. It looked like someone spilled coffee on the walls and it was never cleaned up. The floors were filthy and the furnishing's were in terrible shape. I understand that the price was on the low end for NYC, so my expectations should have been lower, but it was bad!

Location was the only thing I liked, because it was so close to Javits. Room was so tiny, that it was hard to move around. And I was solo. Cannot even imagine if a couple was staying there. I could make myself coffee, turn on tv, AC, reach out in the closet and iron - ALL while on a bed lol TV channels were weird. Bathroom in the lobby was out of service. There was no breakfast (when I was booking, it stated $15 fee for breakfast option) They charged $5 twice to hold my bag behind front desk (day I arrived and the day I was leaving) None of other hotels ever charged for that.

This picture is NOT what you will get. Dirty sheets, the lamps were so outdated and only 4 shower curtain rings holding the whole curtain up. It was so cold. I could not get a refund and they kept the $45 i paid for the service fee. I would Not recommend this hotel to anyone. The best thing on the room was the wood flooring. Very disappointed and out $280 plus the $45.

It's close to the Convention Center which was important for me. The front desk lady as very nice. The rest - I don't think I will stay here again. The Hotel name is totally misleading - it's close to the Javits but cannot be associated with it at all. It's run down and they're "milking" the property. There was no Boxspring - a simple plywood board was used and the bathroom looks like a poor DIY job. Thankfully there was no carpet in the room. The train goes by directly next to it and I was even able to hear the neighboor use the bathroom. Not very pleasant. The TV didn't work properly either..
