Location Location Location, this hotel is pretty much centrally located to most of the “NYC” locations. A stroll to the theaters, Times Square, Rockefeller center and 5th ave. The property has recently been renovated and the room was very nice. The staff was amazing, everyone we interacted was so friendly and helpful. I would 100% percent stay here again, highly recommend this place.

The staff at check-in was very pleasant and helpful, I think her name was Raquel. The room was clean however it was very basic and had no refrigerator or even bottle of water. We booked a premium room on the Manhattan floor but the room we got had no ac and little view of the city.

The overall cleanliness and look of the property is very nice. The team at the property was very friendly and helpful. The room that we received was supposed to be a "renovated" one. The TV clicker only went down, the channels were off by 7, shower smelled bad the next day following a shower, the entry way light didn't work.

Checkin was brutal. Booked about 4 months in advance and hotel was over booked so we had to move 2 days into our stay. Paid for breakfast each morning for a total of 38$ US and there was a line up each day for the coffee or muffin if any left. there was construction going on in the hotel that started at midnight, jack hammering and the front desk staff told me I was a liar and i had a recording of the workers. Half the elevators didnt work so going to and from your room was a chore as I told you they were over booked. Location was great and bell persons were great, but that is it. Very unpleasant stay.

This hotel is being modernized/refreshed as a Crowne Plaza. However, the hallways and rooms are many years overdue to be refreshed. Furniture is pretty skinned up, carpet it worn, bathtub has scratches, etc. The location is great and the price isn't bad considering what the same rooms would cost of they were up to current standards.

Like location close to time square and other places. Did not like breakfast was grab and go cold bagels or pastry. Nothing hot was available.
