The location is the best, the hotel itself is super comfortable. Loved the bed, loved the cafe in the lobby and loved the staff.

We have stayed at 2 NYC Sonder Locations and have been very happy with both. Clean, convenient and comfortable… and affordable! Will stay for future visits.

The room was big and the bed was comfy! The coffee shop in the lobby was great - a great place to work. And the rooftop bar was cute. I like the area! However, we asked them to clean our room every day and they only did the last day. Getting more towels took forever. the hot water went out right when I needed to shower before an event. The gym was INSANELY hot like unbearable.
