1st room was terrible. Michelle at the front desk made it right for us. She deserves 5 stars. Hotel needs an upgrade really bad. The elevator lobby was being worked on and it was a major inconvenience!!

Rooms don’t have fridge or microwaves. Small rooms. Good thing is: Cleaning staff was very welcoming and sweet people.

The staff was super nice especially the lady who cleaned our room. As far as customer service goes, I am disappointed. No mini fridge was a big inconvenience, as well as the room was not like the photos on the listing and much smaller then expected

DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
Everything was great! Great location, easy to get to public transportation and Ferry. The wait for the elevator was the only drawback.
