"I was standing at the checkin counter at 4pm and I got the room at 10 pm. That’s too misbehaved staff and a room that did not even book. I booked two bed and I was given one. This was booked by the Expedia and no one helped. I was seated at the lobby for 5 hours. Horrible rooms lift services bad. ..."
