"The Air Conditioning in the hotel was broken and it was 100 degrees in NYC. THe AC was broken for 3-4 days was very tough to deal with."

"Do not book standard rooms here. They are bad and filthy. Book premium roo.s as they are renovated and nice. I initially booked standard room with my family with 2 beds. Had to upgrade next day to premium room on 22nd floor. One night 2 room changes and still very uncomfortable."
