Booked a superior room, didn't love that it looked onto the event loading area at the back, so would check location of room next time. "Convenient and cosy"

"Lovely hotel in historic old mill building. Parking close to hotel entrance. Very modern inside. Great room with fantastic view down the river. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant evening meal was adequate and fairly priced, breakfast was plentiful, good quality and included in rate.Loads to do in the surrounding area without getting back in the car. Don't forget that you are in an important World Heritage site."

"Room was clean. We had an accessible room. The shower is of no use to an accessible person. Poor shower. Cannot turn the shower on unless you have a good grip! The leisure facilities are appalling. There is some considerable amount of maintenance required."

"Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We also liked the pool, sauna and steam room. We paid for an upgraded room which was very nice and comfortable. The only downsides were the lack of bedside plugs, and we’d have preferred the en-suite to have a door for privacy."

"These Adagio Aparthotels are terrific - reasonably priced, well situated, and very convenient given kitchen access, laundry facilities, etc. They're a great deal. One niggle: in all the hotels in this chain I've stayed in, the pillows have been awful. They are too hard and thick and completely inflexible. Makes getting a good night's sleep a challenge for sure. Get some better pillows! The staff, on the other hand, have been great - very helpful and kind."
