"When we first arrived, we were so excited to stay at this hotel, as we got a suite that was essentially an apartment to ourselves. Upon check in, I overheard other guests requesting help with their tub, as they turned on the jets, corrosion was coming out and the water would not get hot. This was a brief tell of what to expect. When we got to our suite, we were still so excited about the place as it seemed so clean, until you actually get comfortable. Our bed sheets had an unclean smell to them, and when we peeled the sheets back, we found large yellow stains, almost as if someone had peed the bed, and then remade it. We were only staying for two nights, and as to not make a big deal we slept with blankets we had in the car. When we went to shower in the morning, the shower got hot for 1 minute before becoming frigid and hot water did not return for so long we were forced to take cold showers. The shower head itself had black mold on it. Our room was very hot so we turned on the air conditioner in the room and then that started a drip noise that did not stop through the remainder of our stay. For the price, and the images, and the location, we expected a much cleaner and smoother stay. I am very surprised by all of this. Now, I would like to mention, Liz at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart, and she deserves to work in a place that lives up to her customer service standard."
