"The rooms needs to be clean the chairs full of dust and bathroom had stains from before I checked in. My first visit several days prior to this visit was remarkable only suggestion was rooms needs to have bottle water at least one complimentary"

"This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay. "After a very tiring week of traveling the National Parks, we checked in early evening for our flight home the next day. After unpacking, we had an issue with a very noisy AC unit. We notified the front desk and they promptly assigned us to another quieter room. They even hand delivered the keys to our new room, rather than making us take all of our belongings to the front desk and then move to the new room. The staff was very apologetic and responsive. "The room was of a reasonable size, but unfortunately it needs to be updated. The toilet is very small (smaller than some caravan) and the door doesn't have a proper handle on open and close. If you're at room 125 or 127, good luck. It's above the garage shutter and the staff will be opening and closing several times between 10pm to 1am.
