"There was only one bathroom and toilet and when most rooms are taken that’s a problem but as it is with most things you get what you pay for it would be better if the description was a little more detailed "

"Room smelled like heavy bleach, & we found cockroaches in the room. The support staff (telephone support) was not so friendly the way he responded when we asked for garage parking and how to get the access. So overall, I would not recommend this to anyone."

"Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs."
