"I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! •Poor Customer Service; The washing machine was broken during the 3 night stay, was advised Maintenance would attend, they did not. I booked this property due to its alleged laundry facilities. I will be contacting Department of Fair Trading to see if a partial refund applies. •Housekeeping; Knocks once and barges in, whether you are clothed or not. •Property Placement; Located between a huge Telstra Building and a Mechanic Workshop •Check-In; Automated, if you have any issues or questions at all, you call a number whereupon the person taking your call has no idea what is going on, and can’t do anything about it, pointless to have a person on the other end, I would have preferred talking to a box of nails. •Over-Priced; This entire accommodation is a rort, stay elsewhere."
