"Room was a bit dusty the mirror, the lamps and the phone. The sink also had hairs in it when we arrived. Apart from that it was good, spacious room comfy bed fresh towels. Staff was great too very helpful and attentive."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness and support. I arrived late around 9:00 PM with my electric car battery running critically low. Even though the hotel doesn't officially have EV charging facilities, the staff member on duty went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly thoughtful and offered to let me charge the car using a three-pin plug from the building. While I chose not to use that specific method, I was so impressed by...

"Great location. £12 breakfast was good, proper coffee from the machine too. My room on 3rd floor was great with a king size comfy bed. but my friend was on the 2nd floor and said the shower spoiled her stay. Both have step into baths to shower so a little dated but hers wasn’t the best experience as once inside the bath to shower her head touched the shower head. So not ideal. "

"We stay on a regular basis. Free car park. The beds are rock hard so request a mattress topper. Excellent restaurant and a very easy walk into Jesmond very helpful staff"
