"Everything about the stay was good except for the shower. The water temperature was completely unpredictable — it would randomly switch from comfortable to dangerously hot or freezing cold in seconds. Taking a shower felt like playing roulette. I honestly took the fastest shower of my life because I couldn’t wait to get out. This really needs to be fixed."

"They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time...

We didn’t partake in the breakfast but we saw there was coffee, cereals and pastries available all day. It was a big plus for parking to be included with our stay."
