"The photos definitely deceived me! When I drove up to the property, I thought I was driving up to a very nice place, but instead, it was an upgraded motel. Not even a hotel. The inside was decent but outdated and the staff was friendly. The pictures are of a specific room because my room didn’t look like those pictures but my room was still decent enough for me to get a good night. Sleep for three days three nights and that’s about it. I will never stay here again because motels just is not...

"Hotel, lobby and bar very beautiful antique decor. Loved the mini aquarium in the lobby and jacuzzi room was quite comfortable. Only dislike was the breakfast, very nice set up, however food was bland, and tasteless...left with coffee and banana. May stay again, definitely getting breakfast elsewhere"

"The room had a weird smell. Like an air freshener gone bad. The walls looked roughed up. We had hairs on the shower wall that predated our stay and on the back of the sink. The sheets on one bed had brownish stains and more hair on them… were they even changed from the people before us? Tried hard not to think about it and got out of there as early as we could. Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good and it was pretty quiet over night. Probably will not stay there again especially with how much we...

"Nice stay at the Hart Hotel in Medina. I was there for a work trip and was amazed by the property and city. The hotel room I stayed in was spacious with simple/ standard amenities. The communication from the hotel was excellent and detailed. Breakfast was not included but per the house book you can order however I didn’t partake."

"It was hot. There were clumps of hair in my bathroom upon arrival slept on the top of my bed and scooted."

"Properly had a great location, but it was very dirty. On the website it had continental breakfast. There was no breakfast just coffee and some fruit. Their coffee machine and area where you get. The coffee was absolutely disgusting, it does not seem like they clean or wipe down anything but carpets are also disgusting. I have to say that the staff was very good.. The rooms were clean, but the hallway carpets need a new makeover and so do the walls."

"Absolutely outstanding staff! They could not have been better! Scott, the manager and other fill-managers (?) were extremely accommodating. We were a group of 15 or more in town for a funeral. The breakfast/lunch/bar staff were just the best!! Will definitely be staying there again!"
