"Great service and the room was very clean. Told we were getting a free upgrade, but they swapped us from 2 queen beds to 1 queen bed, 1 pullout sofa, 1 sofa that they would give us sheets for my daughter to sleep on because they said it was against their fire code. I felt that they actually took one sleeping spot away from us."

There were no tissues. bare-bones room – the only saving grace was that we were there for just one night. No fan in the bathroom, no nightlight, you had the bathroom door in the way of the shower, the towels were very small, took forever to get hot water, and there were no hooks on the wall in the bathroom at all. "I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs.
