"Good, a little noisy but overall good."

"The pictures online definitely gives a different “picture” than what you find, when you get there and see it. My credit card was charged twice. The hotel reception said they could not give me a receipt. The spa spouts were just about not pumping any “stream/water” and when I asked for an extra chair to sit at the table in our room, to play games, the lady at reception said they cannot give me another chair. Supposed to include a breakfast but they do not do breakfast at the hotel - you get a $7 voucher for a meal at Denny’s. It needs renovations/upgrading because everything looks old. The beds were clean. The water did not want to drain from the sink. It was not terrible but I will not go back."

"The property is ran by a very tentative GM whose leadership reflects in her staffs excellant customer service. The place was not only smelled clean, their wasn't a speck of dust or dirt to be found anywhere. Despite being near the airport it was very quiet. I regularly stay at Holiday Inns across North Americia and this one is number 1 on my list. Thank you Janice and staff for all you do for your clients."
