"Great location and a strong meetings/events team, but the overall hotel experience lacked consistency during my six-night stay. I facilitated a leadership programme in the Glasshouse and the support there was excellent throughout — attentive, professional and well organised.
Unfortunately, the wider guest experience felt less polished. The fitness room repeatedly ran out of towels and cups (even after feedback was given), water bottles in the room were not replenished, linens were not changed during the stay, and some outdoor areas were left uncleared for days.
None of these issues were major individually, but hospitality is often defined by attention to small details, and those details matter.
There is a lot to like about the property and the team were always pleasant, but the hotel would benefit from greater operational discipline and consistency across the guest experience."
