"Briana, the receptionist, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The night before, I was told I could stay until 1:00 PM for an additional fee. The next morning, I approached Briana to confirm everything was arranged, and instead of helping, she immediately denied it and said, “We do not offer that. I will talk to the receptionist so he doesn’t say that again.” Speaking negatively about a coworker in front of a guest is not professional and only creates more frustration. I then asked if it would at least be possible to stay until 12:00 PM for a fee, but her response was cold and dismissive. She told me I had to be out by 11:45 AM or I would be charged for the entire day. And I was going to be charged $ 15 for every 15 min until that. Even after agreeing to leave by 11:45 and pay the fee, the staff failed to communicate with housekeeping, and they knocked on the door repeatedly while I was trying to get ready. The breakfast was also very disappointing, with only coffee and oatmeal packets available. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised. For a similar price, there are nearby hotels with much more comfortable rooms, better service, and a far more professional staff."

"While in our first room, my son discovered a used condom in the corner of the room that had clearly been missed during housekeeping. Unfortunately, he touched it before realizing what it was. As you can imagine, this was extremely disturbing and inappropriate, especially for a child, and it created a very uncomfortable situation for our family. It also sparked conversations we were not prepared to have with our impressionable son. Although the staff did move us to another room, the “upgrade” did not appear meaningfully different from our original accommodations. We were also surprised to then be charged an additional $30 for a cot for my son to sleep on after the inconvenience and distress caused by this incident. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation reflects a serious lapse in cleanliness standards and significantly impacted our stay. We have stayed here multiple times and really felt displeased with this last experience. "
