"Such a wonderful place! It was located close to everything we wanted to see in Newport and was a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. Upon our arrival, check-in was super easy and we got some recommendations for the area. The room was clean and very cute. The free grab-and-go breakfast was reliable, and it was great to get coffee during any time of the day. The 'ruff' top deck was well-maintained and a great place to gather. "Excellent choice. We booked four rooms and had an amazing time as we attended my nephews wedding at Bell net Goat Island only 2 miles from Town and tide. Beds so comfy. They have a communal handout area called The Shed. Breakfast daily 8-10am Beautiful property. Very friendly. I highly recommend this Newport stay."

Thank you to Evelyn whose daily breakfast casseroles were delicious and added a great protein base, along with fruit/yogurt/oatmeal and other tidbits. There's a cozy patio with a firepit for evenings or morning breakfast right outside the main dining area. Chatted with fellow guests here and in the colorful front parlor.
