"I love this hotel! I had never been before and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Friendliest hotel staff and most helpful I had ever encountered. The rooms are clean and cute and its very close to a lot of activities. The pool area is great with jet ski rentals right next door. Will definitely return"

"Nothing really worked, 2 elevators were out of service, the snack machine, the ice machine. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Definitely not justified for the price. The staff was nice. The hotel just seemed run down and not well taken care of. Also 15 bucks for breakfast in the morning? You would think for the lack of everything they dont provide that should at least be included."

"The property is located right across from Disneyland and only 2 long blocks from the convention center. The breakfast provided is delicious. This morning was scrambled eggs, ham, chorizo potatoes (delicious), pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits and fresh fruit (apples, bananas and cut up oranges) along with bagels and packaged pastries. The rooms open to the outdoors - just be aware. And the TV channel selection is minimal unless you have a Netflix account. I was a single traveler and the room was spacious to me. The bathroom/shower is separate from the sink and mirror - very helpful if traveling with family. Finally, if I could Mar improvements, it would be to upgrade the mattresses with pillow tops . They weren’t terribly uncomfortable but they weren’t great, either. The Best Western is a good deal for the price. Oh, and…there’s a reasonably priced restaurant next door that delivers. I had their grilled cheese and tomato soup last night - delicious."

"Room was clean, staff was nice. The toilet didn’t flush well. It would come out of the toilet bowl. They didn’t clean our room, we stayed for two days "

"Second stay at this property. I was pleased the service and amenities have been retained. Have a full room clean every day was greatly appreciated! The suites are large and having 2 showers is a huge perk. The breakfast was well stocked and area kept clean. Plenty of seating in the pool area. Some of the cushions are getting worn. Not being allowed to use hardly any pool toys was a bummer. We couldn't use a small inflatable to hold while you paddle but someone else could have a full size floaty to sit in. The kids still had fun. Very conveniently located near a few restaurants, Starbucks, and the Toy Story lot where you can get on the free Disney shuttle to the parks."

"If there was breakfast we missed that information. The room was ok. The lady told me we got upgraded but it was just the room I paid for. Nothing special. Pretty clean. There was a blueberry on the floor like right in the center of the room. That was random. "
