We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked in the front door to the moment we checked out, was a first class experience. The staff were all extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The room was fresh, clean and relaxing. We loved the option to ride the bikes around town; that is an amazing perk. Even walking, all of the major activities and attractions are close. We have added this to our list as our #1 option to stay next time we visit Newport.

Island House Newport was absolutely perfect. It doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, it truly feels like a home. The space, design, and attention to detail made it incredibly comfortable, especially traveling with our 1-year-old. Everything felt calm, private, and thoughtfully set up for a family stay. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The hotel was extremely clean and parking was a breeze with a private lot right behind. The only thing I wish they had is a reception area indoors. When traveling with multiple adults, it's nice to be able to get out of the room and drink coffee/read while the other is still waking up. They do have a fabulous covered area outdoors, however, for the warmer months.

This small hotel is a gem! Beautiful, new apartment sized suites with full kitchen, washer/dryer. Great for an extended stay. We will definitely stay here again.

What a gem! I almost didn’t want to leave a review because this place is such a gorgeous hotel and I want to come back. We come to Newport often and this was the best stay we’d had yet (and I’ve been in a dozen hotels). Beautifully decorated down to real flowers. We stayed in a suite and the pull out bed was so comfy. Highly Recommend - we will be back!!!

We had a pipe break at our condo and had to move out while it was being repaired. The Island House was perfect. We had a suite that felt very much like home. It had everything we needed to be comfortable from a large bed to a refrigerator to utensils and beautiful plate and flatware. The hotel is extremely clean, it is brand new, and has all modern fixtures, technology, and finishes. The staff was great, checking in via text everyday. We would highly recommend the Island House.

Great spot. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. Only thing that would prevent me from staying again is that it is not dog friendly. Most of Newport is so that was a bit of a disappointment.

This is a brand new hotel,6 weeks old.As you might expect, very clean lpwas vand fresh.Easily accessible to the Cliff Walk, mansions,tennis hof,etc.The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making reservations at dinner,etc .

We enjoyed our stay. Great proximity to the tennis hall of fame, coffee shop, restaurants, and stop and shop if you need groceries. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Only things we didn’t like was that the curtains could be better at keeping light out. The sun came in early. We’ll certainly be coming back next year.
