The rooms are dated. The floor by the window was bubbled up, like from water damage or something. No towels in the room, no toiletries other than two bars of soap. Air conditioning was dusty. Staff was a bit short when I walked in a little early to ask about early check in. Barely looked up and just said “check in is at 3” and that was it. Also, our room key was shut off before the advertised check out time in the bathroom (11am) and we had to go ask for it to be turned on again. When I booked, it said check out was 1130 so we had plenty of time per my booking.

The room was not in a good condition. There are blood stains on the wall and other non-removable stains on the bedside table and on the edge of the bathtub. There was a live cockroach crawling by the water faucet. The room has strong cigarette smell and was not sound proof. The area is safe and the parking is good.

The room was not clean, there were marks on the shower, stains on the bed sheets, and the towels were so dirty we had to ask for different ones. The room was fine, but not clean. There was even food left in the fridge likely from the last person who rented the room.

It was a terrible stay The place smelled terrible when we walked in. The floors were dirty in the entrance. We got to our room and it was a king room and had three completely useless pillows. The bed was extremely lumpy. The bathroom was not clean. There was what appeared to be a bloodstain on the toilet seat and on the shower.current. the only thing good about it at all was the location to Salve Regina where we had a graduation today. I realize the price was only 165 and they gave it a 2 star but I would give it a -2 star. Save yourself and go else!!!!

Yes it was accommodating to the pets. First room they gave me had ants, threw out the bathroom and all over the beds. They moved my room and it smelt like pee human pee through the hallways

Bathroom faucet falling apart. Poor water pressure there and shower. Door security latch broken. . Heater blasts continually no matter how low you set it making room a furnace. Had to just turn it on-shut it off all the time. Plus there was a mysterious continuous drone noise coming from the ceiling area that kept us up. I calledvthe night clerk and he said quote "This is not a five star hotel." What an answer !!! A five star hotel? I wouldnt rate it an asteroid.

We booked motel 6 about a month out for the marathon but through a third party and when we arrived we were told that there might not be a room for us because it had been overbooked. Thankfully, we secured our room (which had already been paid for) and moved our things in. The motel is clean for the most part and the grounds are well kept. It was nice to have a back of motel facing view because even if it was a parking lot, there were a few trees and it was much quieter. On that note, it is important to know beforehand that the walls are very thin. A women's rugby team moved into the room next to ours the night before the marathon and we could hear everything as clearly as if they were in our room. They were very receptive when we asked them to lower the volume. The man running the desk was very accommodating despite having to manage several overbooked clients without rooms, and the room was clean if not a little heavily sanitized.
