All of the bad reviews are true, I would never have stayed here if I thought it would be so bad, uncleaned room, smells like smoke, and extremely poor maintenance.

The whole place was dirty and not kept clean or maintained, there were people living there that were low income and did not maintain body cleanliness, my room had bugs, there was hair on bathroom wall, one of the beds had hair on the sheets. They ran out of shampoo and conditioner, had to go buy some and the room rate was $200 a night, what a rip off

We needed to stay one night to take my daughter to an event in Newport, the town was sold out and this seemed nearby and had other reviews that sounded like it would be a low end, but clean place to stay. The room was not clean, the sheets were dirty - multiple, multiple hairs in the bed. Appeared to be bugs in the window sills. Staff could not change the bed, or move us to another room. Do not stay here.

It was a terrible hotel. The curtains were falling off the hook . The bathroom floor had a raised area so you could trip on it and fall. The door was all banged up and scratched up. I did not stay. Totally unacceptable. Disgusting

The clerk who checked us in never got off of her cell phone during the entire process. There was no ice in the machine. No shampoo or even a tissue box in the rooms. One towel for two people.

Got to the hotel and right off the bat they told us they had overbooked and some people had been called to cancel their reservation. When he finally found mine of course it was one that was canceled. I asked the front desk attendant what the options were. Mind you, no call from them since I booked through Expedia. He said we just had to find somewhere else to stay. He even showed me his screen where it showed they had a full hotel. On top of that, as soon as we walked in the three staff members that were at the front desk as we walked in said “here we go”. Just overall bad service. The best they could do was to tell us we were out of luck and had to find somewhere else to stay on no notice in a city we don’t even live close to. Just bad service,

Please avoid if at all possible! Gross from begining to end ( 10 minutes) as we left the MOMENT we entered to room From the outside pictures on Expedia I thought ok quaint budget hotel but we are only staying one night. NOPE. Cons: smelled , smoking and other No security, dirty beyond beyond beer cans and cigarette butts in the stair way a crazy amount to pet fur outside the one rooms door beeping fire alarm peeling paint everywhere in the room, sticky floors, burn marks on the bed covering, holey drapes...you get the nightmare!

The room was not in a good condition. There are blood stains on the wall and other non-removable stains on the bedside table and on the edge of the bathtub. There was a live cockroach crawling by the water faucet. The room has strong cigarette smell and was not sound proof. The area is safe and the parking is good.

The rooms are dated. The floor by the window was bubbled up, like from water damage or something. No towels in the room, no toiletries other than two bars of soap. Air conditioning was dusty. Staff was a bit short when I walked in a little early to ask about early check in. Barely looked up and just said “check in is at 3” and that was it. Also, our room key was shut off before the advertised check out time in the bathroom (11am) and we had to go ask for it to be turned on again. When I booked, it said check out was 1130 so we had plenty of time per my booking.

The room was not clean, there were marks on the shower, stains on the bed sheets, and the towels were so dirty we had to ask for different ones. The room was fine, but not clean. There was even food left in the fridge likely from the last person who rented the room.
