"Staff was very nice! I got to my room and it smelled like someone's very stinky shoe. I tried airing out the room, but it didn't help much, as I could smell the stink all night. Very sad, as if they just replaced the carpet, fixed the deadlock and put a screen on the window with a lock on, it would have been a pleasant stay."

"Property was dirty, in poor repair with peeling paint, holes in walls and mildew, along with cigarette butts everywhere (despite signs posted saying "No Smoking"). The room had no air conditioning and was stifling hot. Window screen was bent as if someone had tried to break in. I was not secure sleeping where the screen wasn't functional. I did NOT feel safe.There were some people there working on a vehicle. Several others looked as if they lived there???"
