I would like if the Workers who check you in to be A Bit more Friendly And There Laundry Service for the room is not Clean The Towels and wash clothes and mats for the floor are Dingy supposed to be White But they are A dingy Grey and I reclined my own room And when I was done the Rags I used were Black the floor was dirty because I was just checking in it was no reason for me to see crumbs and paper and the odor in the room was not pleasant after I was done cleaning I had to clean the air conditioning filters they wet full of dirt I wiped the walls down where you see dirty prints and the lamps and tv were dusty Now I’m Comfortable I have Sanitized the room and I put my own linen on the bed the pillows were dingy white and the headboard was dusty The Hotel Would Be Beautiful if they Had people who honor there work and put more effort but the Ownerw Don’t Allow Them To Spend Much Time Cleaning therefore the Rooms Can’t Be Cleaned As well as They Need to Be because They Are Rushing them and that causes them not to care about There Name being stamped on the rooms they clean I take pride in what I do And I have over 25 years of experience with cleaning And I Take pride in my work I can’t say that I ever had Complaints About my work I take Pride in what I do And it Doesn’t Take Long You Just Have to Create your Own Routine For House keeping do your Best And Take Pride in whatever I Do I Just Love when theVGuest are pleased and happy with my work

Very dirty inside. No lock in the bathroom. Blankets had stains on it no room service. Had to go to office to get toilet paper.0 out of 10 I would rate it. The phone didn’t have wire in it not working basically. Tv did g play no channels.horrible.

Well I had such a bad problem checking in they said they had sold my rooms so the found two rooms for me and they were very bad the towels looked so bad. We had to go out and buy towels and wash clothes and something to make sure tub was disinfectanted. Was very bad never want to stay there again.

Walked in to check in, lady at desk started to yell at me because im cheap, didnt pay enough for my room. I dont have any thing to do with the price, i got the price that expedia gave me. Got to the room and there were ticks in the bed. So the guy at the desk moved our room Had to put a $50 smoking deposit for the room When i checked out and wanted my $50 back, at 7;30 am the lady at the desk was very rude again. We didnt smoke in the room. Most things were good, room was nice. Just a rude lady at the desk.

It’s a safe place to lay your head if you can tolerate the wife if she’s working the desk. She is beyond rude and it’s something much more than a bad day. The rooms are okay and I am a local that will stay twice a month and be sure to bring an extra towel because the shower curtains do not keep water from getting the floor wet.

Had to leave a $50 deposit for a non-smoking room. I’ll get that back when I check out and the room is checked to make sure we didn’t smoke. Had to pay a dollar for the key card. There were no towels or a tv remote. No place to hang up a jacket. There was a dirty piece of a black stocking on the floor. When I called about the towels and the remote , I also asked for extra pillows. No extra pillows unless I pay a $5 fee. The towels and the tv remote were brought quickly to the room. And the stocking I pointed out was removed. I understand that the room was very reasonably priced, but standards, not so great.

Booked the room for a King Bed Smoking. They didnt have one available then they upcharged me to a Double Room Smoking. The room they gave me had been broken into and the door didnt work properly. There was broken tile in the bathroom area. The family that runs and lives in the hotel was very rude.

This property is just falling apart! The room was dirty. The hair drier was broken. The TV did not work. The microwave was rusty and never cleaned. The towels were stained and greasy. I asked for clean towels and my request wasn't just denied. It was rudely denied! The staff was horrible!
