This property is more for those looking for super cheap housing versus a stay overnight. The walkways were filthy, the room floor was sticky, the mattress cover was brown, and we had to ask for pillows. I saw every hour of the night worried about the area. Was someone coming in? I will pay double elsewhere to not be worried about my safety. The only positive was the friendliness of the one staffer.

The hotel manager was yelling outside at 6:00 am on a Sunday morning. Of course, both of us were awakened. Guests played TV loud - all night long. Seems like that's how they sleep. Debris and filth in the stairwell. Smelled like pee. The room came with a stove, fridge, microwave and sink but absolutely no kitchen tools. There were two plastic cups. No coffee cups. The bed was comfortable enough and the room clean enough.

horrible experience wouldn't recommend it over priced housekeeper doesn't exist and if you want need anything it an extra change just to get new towels and sheet ever other day they changed an extra fee

After I checked in, I was resting in my room when someone knocked on the door. I asked, “Who is it?” and was told that the manager wanted to see me. I explained that I was resting and asked why the manager wanted to see me and whether I could simply call her instead. The person at the door replied, “I’m just delivering the message.” I then called the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. After I identified myself, she promptly said, “There’s a gentleman in your room.” Confused, I replied, “A gentleman in my room? There’s no gentleman in my room.” She apologized, and the call ended. The incident left me with several concerns: 1. Why didn’t the manager simply call me instead of sending someone to my room to tell me to come see her? The hotel had my cell phone number, and I was also in my room. 2. What led the manager to believe there was a gentleman in my room? Had someone been watching or monitoring who entered my room? If so, why? 3. Even if there had been a gentleman in my room, why would that have been an issue? My reservation was for two guests, and the room had two double beds. The entire incident felt very strange and uncomfortable. Afterward, my granddaughter and I found ourselves being even more watchful than usual whenever we entered or left our hotel room.

It was very comfortable for what it was definitely a nice room to rest your head at when traveling for a little while. Not to modern but had everything you need to cook rest shower and even watch tv.

Wow the key was not working several times. I had to Keep going back to get the card reprogrammed several times we were very inconvenienced. I asked for a refund this was totally unacceptable. The property manager and Expedia representative was going back on forth about which one was going to refund me. I was told by a Expedia representative I would receive a refund within 5-7 business day’s. So I’m waiting I think Expedia should look into who they partnership with before allowing people to stay there based upon the reviews. Yes people may be economically having some issues they still deserve a well maintained place.
