The from desk had a line out the door and people yell for someone to come help with no staff to be seen. The reservation info did not match my receipt that the hotel had. The place smelled like smoke. Every floor. And they tried to charge additions fees and deposits not stated and in large amounts that the $6 on my receipt. Guy at counter was rude.
They tried to charge over $60 in fees. The room was like they pulled the sheets up and called it clean. Toilet stuff floating that looked like poop. There was what appeared to be vomit on the walls in the bathroom. Food chunks on the pull out bed and several spots on the floor. Something sticky all over floor next to bed. No sheets on pull out bed or anywhere in room. 4 of six pillows looked used with food stains and makeup rubbed on them. King bed had stuff all over comforter. Overall cleanliness of faculty like halls and elevator was gross. We had to wash our hands as soon as we got to the room every time.
The bed had a metal base and was broken any movement even adjusting the pillows before getting on the bed created a metal on metal noise. Once on the bed even rolling over became a noisy experience.
Multiple people in the lobby the4 times I went to the front desk were complaining about the same problems. Extra fees. Changing reservation information. Dirty rooms. Missing basic items like sheets and towels. How rude the staff was.
